Wanted and hoped to like this series but they just don't come together like other series I've read. Rachael and Jackson flirted in the first couple books, don't remember any actual dates although she mentions in future books that they did and then he's engaged and getting married....!?!? Then when the bride runs off and he comes on to Rachael again nothing happens.........???? Then in the next to last book she meets someone else and I'm still wondering what the author is doing with Rachael and Jackson. Hate when authors do the two love interests, not interested. And why does Rachael never seem to bake, does anyone?? Does Branson do everything? A lot of the books don't really come together but I am willing to keep going with the series if the author matures these characters a little. I mean really, how can anyone be as bad as Marcello???? And put Rachael back with Jackson, we've been waiting long enough.Product details

This one certainly had its moments. Pippa's husband Marcello is back and just as hazardous as before he left for Italy. Rachel also has relationship problems. Sure hope another book is coming soon.
Thank you for this murder mystery with Rachel and Pippa. I loved the humor and especially the accident-prone Marcello. The storyline was fast-moving and the different characters were interesting.
I love this series. The characters are easy to picture and funny. The plot is easy to follow. Pippas husband is a fun addition. This book was easy to follow and hard to put down.
A fast and pleasant read, with a group of interesting characters. A murder and an important deadline to solve it. But can our heroine solve the mystery especially within the short time given her? Read this story and find out!
Another well written who done it! Rachel and Pippa are at it again but with a time constraint! These characters are old friends that you love to visit. Twists and turns and romance. A must read!
Rachel and Pippa have another mystery to solve, but this time there is a deadline and a payment. Much needed money now that Pippa's accident prone husband is home from Europe. Rachel's romance has a few problems, is it Kenneth or Jackson? A Valentine's Day dinner, a sweet little Lolly and a mystery makes for a fun time.
Marcello returns from Italy to his wife Pippa and his daughter Lolly. He is also the same person who tried to burn down the bakery. Rachael has a new boy friend, Kenneth. He is a baker also, and is always trying to show Rachael that he knows more about baking than she does. One night they all go out together at the fanciest restuarant in town. When wine gets spilled on Pippa, the waiter offers to replace the wine on the house then gets yelled at by the head chef. Then the head chef hires Pippa and Rachael to find the killer in 24 hours so he doesn't loose out on all the Valentine's Day reservations. Can Rachael and Pippa find the true killer and why?
